- with assets in excess of Eighty Five Million pounds, my “Not for Profit” Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to join their growing team

Requirements
- minimum of five years’ full-time experience at Management or Director level in operations within an established organization
- proven track record of effectively managing a team of at least three people
- contribution to the development of a business strategy and broader strategic plan
- strong track record in delivering strategic objectives aligned with broader business strategy
- experience in developing robust processes, procedures, and policies for safeguarding and managing business functions
- evidence of external stakeholder engagement and compliance with regulatory frameworks
- proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to required quality
- experience in procurement and budget management
