**FULLY REMOTE** Position Summary: Our Knowledge Management department has the opportunity for an experienced KM Content Paralegal to join the Firm’s expanding practice. The newly created Knowledge Management (“KM”) Content Paralegal will be part of the Knowledge Management (KM) department and will report directly to the Director of KM Content. This is a non-litigation paralegal position, intended to help the KM Content team of attorneys develop and maintain content aimed to maximize client compliance with complex employment law requirements. Key responsibilities include: (1) researching, monitoring, and organizing key federal and multi-jurisdictional employment law developments across a wide variety of employment law topics, with the guidance of KM Content Counsel; (2) assisting the KM Content Counsel team in locating, drafting, and/or updating KM content documents; and (3) ensuring KM content is accurate, up-to-date, organized, and complies with internal requirements. This position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where the firm has a physical office.
