customer service coordinator
Responsibility
- develop positive relationships with both external customers and internal stakeholders to enhance collaboration and streamline processes
- collaborate closely with the planning and production teams to ensure effective coordination between customer service and production, optimising overall efficiency
- demonstrate a collaborative approach in dealing with customer issues, providing effective and timely resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction
- manage the entire customer journey, from order processing to invoicing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients in the pet and equine sectors
- represent the customer service function at species meetings, actively participating in discussions and contributing valuable insights. Occasional visits to external customers alongside commercial teams
Requirements
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- ability to effectively deal with issues and provide solutions
- prior experience in a customer service function is needed
- ability to seamlessly integrate into and enhance the dynamics of the existing team
- comfortable working on your own initiative but also know when to escalate issues
- forward thinking and highly motivated
