- to manage the promotional book production, to liaise across a range of key stakeholders and to provide expertise knowledge and support across AAH & Enterprise
- to implement the creation of promotional book files and to work alongside the supply chain team for promotional book forecasting, to support the rest of the team in other sales related activities and to manage supplier/customer transfer orders
- to manage website promotions which include creating master files, selecting products for web categories, creating price files for CFM/ Pricing teams, select options for spotlights and lines for some of the email campaigns & lines for social media - all with the support of the traders
- to manage transfer orders for AAH & Enterprise and handling supplier/customer order queries such as confirming stock on hand to service orders, missing transfer order submission and customer discount levels
- to liaise with traders to maintain accuracy within your work and to produce master text files
