Responsibility
communication and Stakeholder Management – You’re naturally organised and like to ensure you’ve communicated clearly
innovation & Origination- To support the team with identifying and evaluating trends and recommending opportunities for all categories within specific brands/licenses/customers; pulling presentations together for concepts, benchmarks, and ideation of newness with a purpose
commercial - Creation of commercially researched and collaboratively validated line lists, range plans, that flow through into detailed specifications that are fit for purpose
quality Assurance – Learn how to contribute as required to, line lists, product specifications, pack copy, instructions, labelling and artwork and critically review and highlight required amends on produced product to ensure they are user friendly and quality compliant for country of sale before and during each project at various stages including pre-production approval
process Management – You will learn and start to follow the product process to support the team to ensure it is delivered to the wider A2V team. Collate and organise samples, benchmarks and support with specifications, line lists and benchmarks
workload Management – Manage your own tasks with agreed deadlines as part of the E2E process. You will also have good time management, eye for detail and a passion for product
product Testing – You'll learn to thoroughly test and evaluate product and the suitability of packaging with a particular eye to ensuring the product is fit for purpose and delights the consumer
samples/Artwork Checks – Review artwork, Pre-Production and Production samples for all assigned products, ensuring that the product and associated directions are clear and accurate
