- be the responsible person for ensuring your building and asset information is captured and maintained in the appropriate IT system and to the highest possible standard
- taking responsibility to support internal stakeholders and build strong relationships with your residents, onsite staff and contractors
- be empowered to deliver residential and commercial property management duties ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
- to assist the Property Manager to manage a portfolio of residential buildings including multi-occupancy dwellings and carry out landlord obligations within regulatory requirements
- to participate in the allocation of rented accommodation to applicants including issuing tenancy paperwork, collection of payments and manage void properties
- take responsibility for keeping up to date with building safety legislation and take an activate role to support your Head of Department with the review of our services and management to ensure it is aligned with legislation
- facilitating change of sharers, rent increases and renewals, and carrying out reference checks, right to rent checks and issuing tenancy agreements
- assist the Property Manager to encourage and support occupants of buildings towards good housekeeping and fire safety practices

- draft, implement and manage the management strategies for your estates and buildings to achieve the highest level of safety, customer satisfaction and with a low customer effort required
- establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers and provide support to your Line Manager, Lettings Team and your Team
- be the point of contact for our customers to resolve and investigate complaints and issues raised by residents and provide advice and guidance
- to participate in the accommodation allocation process including issuing of all tenancy paperwork, dealing with end of tenancy paperwork and notices, ensuring vacant properties are ready to let and collection of advance payments
- maintain all relevant documentation to the required standards at both the organisation and premises level
- to carry out and monitor regular estate and property inspections, ensure accurate records are maintained and actions are taken to deal with issues
- to actively build relationships and work with Stakeholders to support residents

- work collaboratively with Building Safety Manager to develop, maintain and manage the building Safety Case for A2Dominion population of “tall/complex buildings”

- carry out day-to-day administrative duties including being the point of contact for our customers and partner organisations, issuing letters and notices, producing invoices, and responding to enquiries
- be responsible for delivering a strong financial performance by working collaboratively with the service charge team to ensure production of accurate and transparent service charge estimates, in-year block management accounts and year-end accounts
- deliver residential property management duties ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
- ensure that the information gathered is to the highest level and recorded in the required systems to support the building and safety management
- to attend and represent A2Dominion at internal and external meetings and forums when required
- whilst we take a commercial approach to housebuilding, all the profits the Group generates are reinvested into supporting our social purpose, helping to deliver more homes and services for customers
- assist the Property Manager in monitoring contractor performance. Liaise with contractors and customers on planned inspection & testing visits including updating and maintaining records
- produce reports using standard templates to monitor performance and assist in ensuring tenancy management objectives are achieved
- be empowered to work closely with colleagues and contractors to ensure that appropriate services are provided to a high standard to all properties in the designated portfolio
