- you are not alone and will work directly within a small team of 6, as well as having full support from your Managers, our Multi-Disciplinary, Education and dedicated Outdoor teams to help you path out what good looks like to the child
- with the support of your team, you will create safe spaces for our children so that they can learn, develop, and flourish

- as well as providing emotional support, you will create routines that include, outdoor activities, cooking, writing, music, games, and relaxation at home
- we are looking for candidates who have some level of experience working directly with children or in some form of care capacity
- you will be supported by a team of care professionals, including outdoor education specialists, psychology experts, and a dedicated Training Academy who focus on your development at Wilderness
- proof of identity will also be required
- this role offers a great work life balance with our condensed working rota and sleep ins that sees you doing just 10-11 days a month
- this role offers you a work life balance where you will work on a rota pattern of 2 days on, and 4 days off, including sleep overs
- training Academy: An in-depth induction, six-month welcome program, and fully funded enrolment on our Highfield Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- pension: Auto enrolment into our Company pension

Requirements
- ideally you will have experience of working with children or young people, including roles in youth work, healthcare, education or childcare
