- is to lead our shipping and logistics operations

- you would be reporting directly to the owner, MD and would be expected to travel when necessary and be energetic, enthusiastic and a great problem solver
- as Operation Director you would be expected to manage and implement best practice across the Group Operations with a focus on optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing overall operational efficiency
- as the Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our shipping and logistics operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction
- identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization
Requirements
- as a minimum – Supervised a team of import, export operators – FCL and LCL
- in-depth knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and supply chain management principles
- strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and safety standards, including Marine Insurance
- experience with all Port Systems and Cus
