Requirements

- ability to perform to high standards
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Repair and Maintenance
- IT literate
- £18.00 per hour, Saturday - £27.00 per hour
- previous commercial vehicles experience
- able to demonstrate knowledge and experience as an HGV Mechanic - Essential
Responsibility
- ensuring the Fleet are compliant to Roadworthiness Regulations
- maintaining Fleet compliance through regular service inspections
- preparing vehicles for MOT testing
- callout ROTA covering fleet and Renault 24/7 vehicles
- weekend shift ROTA
- responding to defect reporting processes and carrying out rectifications on Fleet vehicles and customer vehicles
- communication with all teams to ensure no impact on Transport Operation
