complete all necessary paperwork as requested, to include repair and job sheets and also update relevant software systems where required
Requirements
previous experience in Container Industry & Operations, Maintenance & Repair is preferred
valid Driving Licence, LGV licence is an advantage
forklift Licence Required
container lifter experience would be an advantage but training will be provided
CSC Awareness or Certification is desirable

Responsibility
laise with all shifts to ensure required parts are ordered to maintain customer satisfaction
provide timely communication on parts and order status
issue purchase orders as required and match incoming delivery notes
ensure all stock is always secure and well maintained
maintain all stock levels and deal with any parts requests from technicians and other internal customers
identify and understand the parts required by technicians
ensure all parts issued/used are added to the correct job cards
responsible for purchase, maintenance and repair of all tooling and other workshop equipment
Requirements
previous experience working in a similar role ideally in a workshop environment
good numeracy and literacy skills
attention to detail and high level of accuracy
planning and organisational skills
flexibility – you may be required to work late in busy periods
patience and ability to remain calm under pressure
ability to build good relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders
