  • we have an exciting opening for a Sous Chef within a brand new restaurant kitchen team
  • we are passionate about creating inspired, great tasting food within a hardworking and fun work force, whilst emphasising a realistic work/life balance for everyone in the team
  • with fast-paced service at the core of what we do, efficiency and excellent teamwork is key, along with concise communication, attention to detail and the ability to adapt to new situations
  • the salary will be based upon a 40-45 hour working week, with sensible shift patterns and to include weekends and evenings. Remuneration will be reflective of experience

Requirements

  • cooking: 2 years
