- starting time: Immediate start preferred, alternatively, within 4 weeks
- managing client's phone calls and e-mails
- booking and confirming appointments
- warmly greeting guests, walking them to their treatment room and informing the assigned staff member of their arrival
- accepting payment and processing transactions
- keeping updated records of costs and revenues
- opening salon and cashing up at the end of the shift
- reporting, monitoring and improving staff performances
- helping guests with drinks and refreshments
- fluent English
- computer software skills
- successful candidate must be presentable, trustworthy, capable of leading a team
- experience in a similar role: SPA or beauty salon receptionist, training is provided
