• managing client's phone calls and e-mails
• booking and confirming appointments
• warmly greeting guests, walking them to their treatment room and informing the assigned staff member of their arrival

• opening salon and cashing up at the end of the shift
• reporting, monitoring and improving staff performances

• maintaining staff records and working schedules
• helping the salon manager with administrative tasks and helping to maintain the salon appearance and a tidy reception area
