Responsibility

  • you will be fully emerged in to the team and trained in our procedures, working closely with our Head Chef
  • we have an opportunity for a Sous Chef / Senior Chef De Partie to join our kitchen working alongside our existing team in our small, independent group
  • as Sous Chef within our company you will need to be able to display passion and flare, creating modern dishes using fresh, local produce
  • our menus have all been created and developed to meet our customers’ high expectations, and they are freshly prepared on a daily basis
  • impeccable organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential. You must have worked with fresh produce and be service and standards driven
