Responsibility
- provide strategic sales leadership along with team optimisation
- define business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting
- develop sales processes effectively
- ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- closing sales, resolving doubts
- processing card payments, trouble-shooting problems that may arise
- staying compliant and assuring all customers are compliant with PCI DSS
- achieving and exceeding management of sales and targets. You will be expected to work as a manager within a team and secure sales
Requirements
- ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute in collaboration with other team members
- proof of previous success is a must
- must have a hunter mentality and be driven to earn high commissions and incentives
- result orientated with a proven track record of hitting targets
- sales management: 2 years
- good organisation and planning skills are critical to success
- 2+ years' experience in Merchant Services sales
- 2+ years managing and growing a high performing telesales team with a people-first mindset
