Responsibility

  • provide strategic sales leadership along with team optimisation
  • define business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting
  • develop sales processes effectively
  • ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • closing sales, resolving doubts
  • processing card payments, trouble-shooting problems that may arise
  • staying compliant and assuring all customers are compliant with PCI DSS
  • achieving and exceeding management of sales and targets. You will be expected to work as a manager within a team and secure sales

Requirements

  • ability to think strategically with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute in collaboration with other team members
  • proof of previous success is a must
  • must have a hunter mentality and be driven to earn high commissions and incentives
  • result orientated with a proven track record of hitting targets
  • sales management: 2 years
  • good organisation and planning skills are critical to success
  • 2+ years' experience in Merchant Services sales
  • 2+ years managing and growing a high performing telesales team with a people-first mindset
