  • detailed project and programme scoping / design
  • financial forecasting utilising 4OC internal business systems
  • supporting internal resourcing meetings with consultants, project leads and members of the executive team
  • resource planning and allocation of resources for projects and programmes
  • workforce planning for the organisation in conjunction with resource owners and the business support service manager
  • reviewing actual effort and project spend against planned effort and revenue
  • supporting internal financial governance meetings
  • supporting the recruitment process working alongside the business support service manager
