it is necessary to have satisfactory Enhanced DBS Check and references completed before commencing employment with us for this job role
prior experience of working in a children's home is not required. Those who do have experience and their Level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare / Children and Young People's Workforce could attract a salary at the higher end of the pay scale
