sales support
Responsibility
- monitoring demand and creating purchase orders for stocked lines and specials
- booking In advice notes and resolving discrepancies with suppliers
- matching supplier and expense invoices to orders and authorising for payment
- meeting with supplier representatives and building relationships
- maintaining internal files for audit trail purposes
- processing customer returns and managing goods back to suppliers via credit notes / debit notes
- supporting the internal sales team with customer enquiries and processing sales orders
- assisting the Branch Manager & sales team with pricing and commercial information
Requirements
- electrical product knowledge
- inventory Control/buying experience
- electrical Wholesale or similar Trade Experience
- sales/sales support experience
- attention to detail, a “thorough” work ethic and a can-do attitude
- ability to work within a fast-paced sales environment
- willingness to work both individually and as part of a team
- experience of MS Office
