Responsibility
- at 24/7 Home Rescue we have a fantastic opportunity where we are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Gas Support Specialist to work with us, on a full-time basis at our Padiham Head office
- 24/7 Home Rescues' winning aspiration is to be recognised as the number one home assistance company, providing effortless customer service to 150,000 customers by 2025 through our people and technology
- creating a close working relationship with our claims team to ensure all jobs allocated to be completed efficiently
- supporting the UK claims team; this will be assisting them with technical queries, parts issues and general understanding of repairs
- provide support to our Directly employed engineers and Subcontractor engineers via phone call/video call throughout the day; this may be issues that arise on breakdown, where technical support is required to help achieve the repair
- close daily management across all gas trades to ensure costs and performance are in line with contracts and budgets
