Responsibility

  • the job role requires the following –
  • answering telephones
  • booking on courier movements and arranging same day deliveries
  • responding to client’s enquiries via email
  • dealing with general queries and other administration functions
  • hours of work are 9am – 5pm - Monday to Friday

Requirements

  • customer service: 2 years
