- the right candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the commercial resources of the project throughout the project lifecycle in order to ensure success of the project objectives, maximise profit and ensure the success of the Business Plan
- you will encourage ‘best practice’ and ‘continuous improvement’ in the planning, provision and monitoring of commercial support and assurance to the Project Manager/the project delivery team
- you must be able to commercially manage all aspect of a PFI Healthcare project including planned and reactive works, payment mechanisms, contractual notices, contract compliance, disputes, life cycle works budget control and delivery
