- working closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, Developers and Architects to implement ongoing fixes and enhancements
- manage the development of new BI analytics and reports which meet approved business requirements alongside BI Systems team colleagues
- collate and process statutory compliance documentation generated as a result of Property Maintenance works
- work with suppliers to ensure invoices are processed and cleared for payment within relevant time scales
- we work in partnership with our customers to develop and deliver better services for everyone
- ensure business requirements are translated into documented technical specifications and that solution designs are robust and flexible
- raise any noncompliance or process failures as set out in Property Maintenance management system and the overarching Safer Homes requirements
- work with credit control departments of suppliers to resolve queries
- dealing with email enquiries
- manage the administration of all incoming correspondence, Epost and shared email inboxes
- property Services at Hyde is responsible for ensuring that we provide all customers with a safe home
- provide general admin support to the Health & Safety Team
- scheduling evictions and court appointments for local Income Officers
- transformation of large data volumes with Salesforce Data Loader
- administer purchase orders raised ensuring correct coding and appropriate approval authorisations are in place
- diary management and arranging appointments for surveyors
- proactively manage the queues on the Housing Management System
- updating computer systems
- processing invoices, compensation, and refunds for Housing Benefits
- meeting coordination including minute taking
- working with Training, Communications and Customer teams to assist with the creation of Salesforce related documentation and training materials
- communicate frequently with customers across the management hierarchy and explain the benefits of BI solutions in a clear and user-friendly way
- administer the receipt of proof of purchase
- support the team with the legal leasehold consultation requirements, producing and sending letters, recording, and collating feedback
- data entry
- liaising with internal and external stakeholders over email regarding any income services related queries
- supporting the Construction and Project Managers
- supporting the Construction & Project Managers
- receive and process invoices from suppliers and subcontractors ensuring correct coding structures authorisations are in place
- maintain an efficient filing and archiving system, coordinating documents storage onto the electronic document management system
- taking notes during meetings

- responding to telephone enquiries as well as monitoring and co-ordinating homeowner complaints, providing regular management reports
- managing the Health & Safety inbox

- act as point of contact for the team, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner to achieve good customer satisfaction

Requirements
- confident telephone manner
- general experience in an accounts / office environment
- previous experience working within housing is desirable but not essential
