Responsibility


  • day-to-day management of assigned projects including taking the project from appointment, supervising and closing the programme
  • lead the implementation of new processes aligned with ERP configuration and best practices
  • accountable party for planning, orchestrating, delivering, and sustaining an enterprise-wide ERP solution
  • integrate, monitor and controls project deliverables & schedules and their dependencies, both project related and non-project
  • direct the identification of risks which impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary
  • support planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs
  • identify stakeholders and key organizations and build and manage relationships
  • direct the creation of multiple programs of work and manage their alignment to business goals
  • to be responsible for improving your performance by participating in the Professional Development Review process with your manager
  • management of project finances, working within Corporate Procurement financial regulations and standing orders to ensure compliance and that expenditure is controlled and all schemes are completed within budget and on time and agree final accounts with the contractors
