Hello! The Activities Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and leisure events in the Corriewood Private Clinic. They will focus on enhancing the resident experience and ensuring compliance with national standards. The key duties include developing and implementing an activities program based on residents' interests, coordinating and planning activities, and engaging and supporting residents. They will also collaborate with nursing home staff, communicate with residents and their families, and maintain documentation and reporting. Finally, continuous professional development is encouraged, with opportunities for networking and attending workshops.
