Check your Buildings Insurance that (deleted by the administrator)says she got to cover your buildings. Seems some homes have been uninsured unbeknownst to them for a while. She says your insured when you are NOT! The insurance company that (deleted by the administrator)had supposedly insured a site with left uninsured since 2022. She sent a document of buildings insurance stating we were covered with RESIDENCE LINE INSURANCE. When Residence Line Insurance said they 100% did not issue insurance since September 2022 and would love to know how (deleted by the administrator)was able to send a “document of insurance” supposedly with their logo on it saying we are covered to February 2024. It’s SCARY AND SHOCKING!

(deleted by the administrator) vanished for months. Then says she was in “hospital” with an infection. She gives excuses for everything. And with her little voice she sounds so genuine and believable on the phone. But I was conned by her. They change their company name multiple times. Multiple sites that she manages have had to change managing agents for similar reasons. She take money and does no work.

I am so distressed, upset, and confused as to how this can be even allowed to happen
