Gowork’s mission is to help candidates find the perfect job, increase awareness about employee rights, problems, and pathologies that occur in dishonest companies, but also to create a space for employers to build their positive online reputation. We successfully achieve our goal in each of these areas, as evidenced by our conquest of successive European markets.

Gowork is a place for everyone. The company’s history dates back to the 90s (check: Gowork’s history), and over the years, we have developed in many areas. Today, we are mainly known as a platform for reviewing employers and jobs, but don’t be fooled by the simplicity of this tool. It is much more than just a forum.

You and your employer – perfect match

Although the form of matching is different, the benefits of Gowork can be compared to those of popular dating apps. It’s all about the perfect match! As an employee, with authentic information from the experiences of others, you can evaluate:

  • whether this company is for you
  • whether you want to spend your precious time in it
  • whether you agree with its mission

So, you don’t waste time trying to fit into places and accepting the bare minimum offered.

As an employer, you will find people who express a clear desire to work with and for you, who believe in your values, or who simply like the atmosphere and modern office in a tower in the center of London because remote work is not what they are looking for.

It is worth discussing what is being offered because there are as many opinions as people. Something may be a disadvantage for one person, so it won’t waste your time on participating in recruitment; for another person, it will be enough, and they will gladly take up work.

One of our goals is to enable dialogue between an employee/customer and an employer. But how can we say that Gowork is the MOST IMPORTANT in the face of the biggest and most famous social media like Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, or Tiktok? Because, unlike anyone else, Gowork allows authentic, anonymous comments, making it the most valuable source of information from the perspective of internet users. Today, we cannot imagine going to a restaurant or using a travel agency without checking reviews.

So why give up searching for the highest quality when choosing a place to work?

Think: has any of your employees written something unfavorable about the company from their private Facebook or Instagram account to improve something that doesn’t work? Probably not. And now, think about another situation: if you placed a box for anonymous notes in an easily accessible place in the company with a message asking for feedback, do you think anyone would take advantage of the opportunity?

That’s exactly how Gowork works.

On Facebook or Instagram, you think about what graphics or videos to add to stand out from the competition, who to cooperate with to speak positively about the brand. Through an official response, an employer shows that they have nothing to hide. If a company expresses that is not afraid of criticism and is willing to respond, a candidate/customer will think: okay, someone is attacking them, but they can defend themselves, they are authentic, they are transparent, they engage in dialogue, and when necessary, they can apologize. After all, behind every beautiful logo and more or less strong brand are people.

Human nature makes us more likely to express our opinions online when something bad happens to us. At Gowork, we want to give the opportunity to speak up to those who may not have the courage to do so because of fear of the consequences, difficult life situations, or poor working conditions. This motivates companies to change, even if their only motivation is to stand out from the competition. Thanks to the possibility of dialogue, we also build a community where more experienced employees in employment law issues can help those who are less experienced.

The values that guide us in our company and which we want to inspire others with are: respect, safety, friendship, and commitment. We hope for even greater development because the number of users of our platform shows that our mission can successfully conquer new international markets.
