• leading a small team on a daily basis to provide the best customer service and interior product knowledge

Responsibility

• training staff in areas of customer service and company policies
• monitoring and authenticating returns, exchanges & refunds
• work closely with the Sales Channel owners and Product development team, informing them of any trending quality or listing issues to action

Responsibility

• liaising with external business partners, PR Agencies, influencers and brand ambassadors as their lead Kukoon point of contact, as required
• developing our Marketing Calendar to include creative campaigns that are executed across all of our brand owned routes to market

Requirements

• experience in developing brand marketing strategy - including brand build, brand awareness, customer retention, campaign builds and brand engagement
• A head for strategy and a heart for creation
• the ability to think differently and find low budget ways to stand out in the crowd

• experience understanding which factors drive consumers to engage with, follow, click through and buy from a brand online and offline
• the ability to demonstrate how data can be analysed and utilised to make decisions which continuously improve KPI performance
• an ability to communicate with the whole Kukoon tribe to share your vision and more importantly listen to theirs
• A proven track record of using digital marketing technology, social platforms , offline platforms and analytics tools to acquire new customers and achieve sales and to build loyalty with existing customers
