proven Project Manager with Retail Sector Experience
strong Agile delivery experience
retail In-Store experience or payments useful
core delivery skills of risk, budget, plan, and dependency management
strong Stakeholder Management skills including vendor management
understand Hardware and Software development
understand how retail devices and interactive display technologies are developed
experience with bug and project tracking tools such as JIRA, Asana
understand how to build and maintain project trackers for complex programs
strong interpersonal skills, approachable and adaptable
excellent communicator, with good verbal and written communication
experience with navigating various organizational environments where culture and structure varies
2+ years of experience in technical project/product management, or equivalent
bachelor's Degree
experience in retail or within FMCG

A qualified accountant

Responsibility

provide regional support on demo devices and display technologies for display partners in EMEA
lead the development of EMEA regional demo requirements for RL retail demo devices and support product retail launch/expansion programs
develop demo technical requirements for retail display partners in EMEA
create demo best practices training and documentation for developers and partners
drive alignment between core platform/feature software roadmaps and Demo SW to ensure technical synergy with every demo install and update
develop and maintain scalable retail technology solutions such as content and device management systems
execute multiple retail demo content and software updates year-round across Reality Labs
assist stakeholders in the evaluation, selection, and revision of retail demo content
partner with regional marketing to ensure demos meet the requirements and specifications of different retailers
collaborate closely with Analytics teams to define KPIs, set program guidelines, develop/select the right analytics tool, review demo/display engagement metrics and build upon the data to improve the customer experiences
working closely with sector, reactive teams, portfolio delivery teams and shaping the supervision strategies for firms and mitigating risk as and when required
direct line management for team members, including setting appropriate objectives and managing performance
coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, while meeting tight deadlines
conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals
support the wider PBI Vendor Management team in operational tasks, working towards improving processes and delivering results
reporting on and understanding vendor performance, including forecasting, service level performance, and profitability
responsibility for strategic supply chain projects and promotions to achieve business objectives
lead on embedding business partnering across the business
engage with stakeholders on a monthly basis to provide support and challenge
working with the Finance team, to provide stakeholders with concise, accurate and insightful financial information
