The company is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie and Grill Chef to join their team at The Trackside, a real ale pub located on Platform 2 of The East Lancashire Railway in Bury. The job involves helping with food preparation and production, cooking and presentation of dishes, maintaining cleanliness, undertaking opening and closing tasks, assisting with stock control and food ordering, and delivering excellent customer service.
