- ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified
- ability to use own initiative and work alone or as part of a team especially in an emergency
- good communication skills
- experience working for a Domiciliary Care provider in a supervisory capacity
- registered with the SSSC
- good administrative skills and computer literacy
- good IT skills
- experience in conducting care assessments, care reviews and who can lead and motivate care staff
- must be a driver with access to a vehicle
