Responsibility
- oversee all food quality & delivery aspects within the Kitchen
- emphasis should always be on standard operational procedures, exceeding guest expectations and on continuous improvement through constant training and development
- ensure that all HACCP procedures are followed and documented in line with EHO guidance

- communicate well with all regarding all Kitchen operations, daily business & special events
- working with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to Oversee all preparation, procedures and processes to ensure a smooth Kitchen operation that fits company standards & our renowned reputation
- ensure all company & hotel policies and procedures are adhered to
- to take ownership of all Kitchen operations while on duty ensuring all service is on time, and co-ordinate the processes involved to ensure optimal delivery
- additionally, all kitchen related Health & Safety practices and procedures are under your control and you will help to strategise, control costs, optimise profits and increase sales through the promotion of new and diverse business
