• play a pivotal role in offering exemplary localised and remote support to our expanding portfolio of UK-based study centres and offices
• assume ownership of both first and second line issues, along with service requests for staff and students on all technical matters
• address on-site computer and AV hardware and software issues, taking full charge of incoming support requests, both in-person and remotely

• resolve on the ground issues with computer & AV hardware and software, taking responsibility for managing incoming support requests both in person and remotely
• deliver user training and encourage company best practice as well as enforce policy, to staff and students across all of the University’s Study Centres and offices
• provide user training, promote best practices within the company, and ensure policy compliance among staff and students across all University Study Centres and offices

Requirements

• ITIL Qualifications
• technical accreditations such as Microsoft MCSA, Cisco CCNA, etc
• proficiency in using and supporting Microsoft operating systems and applications

• line Management of the Apprenticeship Coaches
• regular 1-1 caseload reviews with coaches and completion of key reporting documentation
• oversight of coaches’ learner progression and working with coaches to resolve any issues with progression or learner support
