• possess an Engineering Qualification such as a Degree, HND, HNC, BTEC or equivalent

• experienced in implementing risk-based maintenance strategies
• we’re going on a journey of innovation and of continuous improvement whilst working on a changing approach to reliability centred maintenance
• as a key part of our Engineering Management team, you will engage and motivate a skilled team of 8 engineering colleagues with a team of 2 direct reports, utilising root cause analysis to identify and prioritise corrective, preventative, predictive and mitigating actions
• A working knowledge and understanding of Budgets, Capex , contract management, supplier negotiation

• previous experience of working with electrical control systems and automation would be advantageous
