Responsibility

• daily, you'll monitor the Studio's operation and resource requirements, changing as necessary with effective recruitment and selection
• you'll show effective communication with the senior management team regarding overall studio performance
• you'll lead, coach, develop, inspire, motivate and provide clear communication to the studio staff

• optimise all areas of the Venture Experience, leading from the front where appropriate
