Responsibility

• lead on complex ER case work across the group and provide pragmatic guidance leading to fairness and transparency of decision making

• partner with line mangers and key stakeholders across the Veezu group to provide both strategic and operational guidance as well as effectively deliver on a full range of HR initiatives from day-to-day activities through to a full spectrum of projects

• provide HR expertise on people issues in TUPE, disciplinary, grievance, attendance management, performance, recruitment and restructuring processes, providing advice and guidance to the business ensuring best practice and legal compliance
• lead and drive strategic and operational HR projects across all areas of the business often working directly with our Executive team and Senior Management teams
