- responsible for internal and external customer satisfaction by leading the team to ensure electronic devices for shipment are processed on time, accurately configured, picked and shipped to client sites managing clinical trials

- management of third party suppliers and vendors, as required
- ensure training and knowledge within the Global Customer Operations Team is up to date and relevant
- the Global Customer Operations Manager Leads the Global Customer Operations Team to ensure electronic devices and ancillary items are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle management process
- provide global leadership & guidance on all aspects of Global Customer Operations Function relating to the project lifecycle management process to all project stakeholders
- the individual is responsible for managing client expectations on global electronic devices and ancillary items for all studies
- where do you fit in?
- influencing the business performance and revenue of the project and clients by ensuring good practices are followed
- act as the subject matter expert within the Supply Chain Team for Global Project Management and external Clients, and providing the relevant training
- have direct influence on good practice and ensure customer expectations are met, if not exceeded
- direct Client contact, and will be expected to be a source of information and expertise to provide best practice guidance
- responsible for leading the Global Customer Operations Team
- lead continual improvement within the Fulfilment Team operation
- other responsibilities as required
