Never share this agency to your friends or colleagues because they will not give you the referral fee that they promised. They have a very bad reputation on giving referral fees. They will make unreliable promises on giving out referral fees. They will tell you that it is being processed, that it takes 3-5 working days to release but it never comes.

I asked them to assist my friend and talked about the referral fee..and when my friend arrived here in England, I contacted that same staff about the process of claiming the referral fee, he said he will send a form for me to fill-up. But he never sent any form, waited for 2 days so I followed up, and never heard from them ever again, i even tried to message in Whatsapp and through email but they just ignored me. So please do not contact them or ask their assistace because they will ghost you after they gained their interest from your referrals..

I would risk going to headquarters and talking to them face to face if that's possible for you. They have very mixed reviews on the internet, some very good others very low. Maybe it is a particular employee who is messing up and not doing their job.
