- identify and prioritise new audience and channel expansion, leaning on both paid and organic opportunities
- work with the Senior Management and key team members to refine our understanding of core customer segments, brand/product positioning, and messaging
- analyse key traffic and conversion trends on relevant business and customer analysis

- oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI, and incrementally
- manage the deliverables of the creative teams for direct response advertising
- manage the user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, and promotional campaigns
- develop and oversee the effective planning and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of all web content publishing
Requirements
- must be a seasoned professional in the digital retailing market, with business-to-business business-to-consumer experience
- experience efficiently scaling digital
- track record of growing marketing investment on a measurable basis at scale
