• what is the role?
• the Customer Care Coordinator will communicate with our customers, site managers, directly employed maintenance operatives and contractors to encourage customers to provide us with information about any problems that they may have, to record that information carefully on our computer system, and to arrange for their problems to be addressed as quickly as possible by coordinating appointments, labour and parts
• the hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
• carrying out general administration duties
• work closely with the site based team, project manager and other departments across the company to ensure communication is optimal and the company achieves its KPIs

• responding to incoming communications from homeowners in accordance with company guidelines
• liaising with other departments when specialist queries or advice is required

• this is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Care Team. The role typically reports to the Customer Care Operations Manager / Head of Customer Care
• what is the role?
• the purpose of the role is to provide a variety of high-quality remedial and maintenance works for customers in their new homes, Maintaining high standards at all times to maximise the customer experience/journey
• comply with responsibilities as defined in the Group's HS&E Policy and ensure compliance throughout team
• ensure that the company vehicle is roadworthy, clean and tidy at all times and that both company and private tools are in good working order and compliant with any testing requirements
• take work instructions from the Customer Care Coordinators, ensuring all customer appointments are attended on time in order to repair defects in a timely manner, to a high standard and ensuring first time resolution
• complete all required online reporting via the Operative App, facilitating accurate record keeping of defect resolution and root cause analysis

Requirements

• ability to be competent in all aspects of homeowner maintenance, including maintenance of machines and tools
• multi skilled with a joinery background
• painting and Joinery experience is required
