Responsibility
- answer all order telephone calls

- you will be responsible for the proactive ordering, management and control of the stock levels of designated business categories
- if so, we’d love you to join our team at Chipping Sodbury and play a part of putting the farmer at the heart of everything we do
- comfortable with proactively chasing outstanding payments over the telephone, obtaining relevant information from customers and processing payments
- support the Product Manager with maintaining the stock file
- preparation and analysis of stock replenishment orders
- working with Product Manager & Merchandise Planner to develop the optimum layouts within the Mock shop as required for their Categories
- using Financial analysis to feed into the Range planning process, working with the Product Manager & Merchandise Planner
- provide administrative support for all aspects of show attendance including bookings, paperwork coordinating staff attendance and booking accommodation
- support on larger events with set up and breakdown of stands
- maintain a diary of forthcoming deadlines together with reminders
- producing planograms for categories and creating Head Office Bulletins to ensure implementation in stores, working within agreed critical path and process
- the Stock Administrator provide an outstanding service, whether that is sorting stock replenishment or deliveries of goods, cash handling or helping to maintain excellent store standards
- resolve invoice queries from the purchase invoice office
- liaise with other departments, with regards to activity on the category
- you will be managing overdue accounts
Requirements
- customer focus/customer first attitude essential
- experience of interacting and liaising directly with customers
- 1-2 years’ experience of working in an administrative position, sales admin experience is an advantage
