our Client is a leading engineering company that supports many blue-chip manufacturers across several industrial & commercial sectors
MIG welding
metal fabrication
proven working experience working on heavy plant and machinery, working on waste and recycling equipment would be favorable
dealing with heavy plant and machinery including, shredders, trommels, loading shovels

Responsibility

interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts
weld small and large components such as copper plumbing, beams, and pipelines
use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job
assess welded surfaces, structures and components to identify errors
follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing heat-resistant gloves, protective masks, and safety shoes
must be able to Fabricate Tig and Mig weld; Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium
this is a permanent position
38 hour week Monday to Thursday 7.30 am - 17.30 pm and Friday 7.00 am -12.00 pm
rate up to £20.00 per hour
£24.00 per hour including shift allowance
