Requirements
- deep knowledge of privacy laws is highly preferred
- CIPD qualified
- experience working in an HR generalist role within an FCA regulated FS business

- excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills with an ability to be assertive yet build long, trusted partnerships
- must be eligible to work in UK
- CIPD Qualifications required
- prior experience in supporting senior business/functional leaders
- analytical by nature and able to demonstrate thoughtfulness around process improvement and change with a commercial approach
- able to provide DBS check
- experience working in a distributed, multi-location, multiple disciplined global team
- strong interpersonal capabilities
