• carry out introductory visits every time a new Care Worker is introduced to our clients for the first time
• to facilitate the practical induction of all new Care Workers into the community including manual handling competencies and medication competencies
• to carry out reviews of our person-centred Care Plans to ensure these are always up to date
• maintaining the rostering system
• liaising with other agencies including the CCG and Social Services
• to hold on call phone on a rota basis; this will include evenings and weekends
• to carry out spot checks on Care Workers in the community and support with coaching , developing, and training where need be

• able to drive, and holds a full clean UK Driving License due to the travelling involved
