- conduct multi-day advocacy at the Employment Tribunal on a national basis and remotely where necessary
- advise and take instructions from clients
- help support growth for the Planning practice both nationally and in the relevant location
- assisting with Court of Session and Sheriff Court procedure to include drafting pleadings and motions, and attending hearings
- liaise with various parties such as claimants and their solicitors, clients, counsel, experts etc

- experience of fast-track matters and Portal claims would be advantageous as would Clinical Negligence experience
- ensure relevant deadlines, SLAs, quality measures and KPI’s are adhered to
- advise and assist clients with disputes and risk management
- liaise with other solicitors, insurers, police, HSE and witnesses to gather evidence
- conducting advocacy at Employment Tribunals , subject to experience
- provide strategic employment law and HR advice
- the ideal applicant will be able and willing to assist with police misconduct matters
- assist with marketing the services of the team and wider department
