• 3.Management of the installation teams – ensure they are equipped for
• the job, on-call assistance with anything they may need to ensure the best conclusion
• on each project whilst they are at work
• 4.Orders - office and building supplies, additional elements, parts for snagging, ironmongery
• reclamations, replacements, storage and equipment hire
• 5.Transport management - weekly deliveries from the factory, glass supplier, also ad hock
• transport when required
• 6.Communication at all levels – internal and external
