Responsibility
- accommodation Manager
- oversee the Housekeeping teams, providing clear direction and guidance
- to ensure the guest experience takes priority at all times

- oversee the coordination of laundry services, ensuring a steady supply of clean linens and towels
- to ensure that the operation meets the legal requirements, such as gas safety certificates and portable appliance testing certificates
- recruiting, training and managing the performance of your team
- prepare and meet annual operating profit targets
- controlling the work of all venues to meet sales targets and operate within budgeted costs and spend
- controlling stocks, money and all company equipment within area of responsibility ensuring optimum profitability of business
- to ensure that you meet the company guest service standards with an aim to exceed guest expectation
- work alongside the Maintenance team to resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
- to be presentable at all times, wearing company uniform as provided including name badge
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- closely control all Park expenditure within your department
- controlling beverage stocks, money and all company equipment within area of responsibility, ensuring optimum profitability of business
- maximise occupancy of holiday hire fleet
- co-ordinating the ordering of stocks from approved suppliers, achieving maximum stock rotations
- encouraging sales by the marketing and display of products to their best advantage
- to manage the linen process & manage stock levels

- ensure that records are kept on each Holiday Home, such as records of carbon monoxide alarms and smoke alarms
- organising period stocktaking of all Company assets within the areas of responsibility, interpret results and take appropriate action

- managing the cellar to ensure optimum quality of product, cleanliness and safe storage, with the minimum of wastage
- to support & train the cleaning team to agreed company standard

- to manage the checking process of Smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, light bulbs etc
- ensure chalets/Holiday Homes have keys all counted for
Requirements
- previous experience is preferred
- minimum of 1 year experience in Complex Management
- proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role
