- customer Success Manager
- build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction
- serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- proven experience in customer success or account management roles
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
