• to welcome patients to the clinic
• to register them on arrival, including ensuring that any consent forms have been completed
• we are a new skin and aesthetic clinic based in prime central London, opening in early 2023

• we are looking for a receptionist who will personify our professional, friendly, and proactive company
• as our receptionist you will be our patient’s first touch point when they arrive at the clinic
• main responsibilities
• to monitor the state of the waiting room and patient lavatories and to ensure that they always remain clean and tidy – leave appropriate notes for the clinic manager/cleaning team to ensure that brand standards are always maintained
• monitor the fireplaces, add wood when required, ensure fire curtains are kept closed and conduct checks every 20 minutes to ensure efficient burning without smoke and no flying embers
