- assisting senior Case Handlers on catastrophic injury cases which will include the following duties
- communicating effectively with the Senior Case handers, their clients, opponents and our insurer clients
- we are currently recruiting for an experienced Claimant Personal Injury Paralegal to deal with and run an RTA case load. All the cases are likely to involve soft tissue injuries, simple fractures and psychological damage
- we are currently recruiting for a Case Handler who will predominantly assist Senior Case Handlers who deal with catastrophic injury cases which could include brain injuries, spinal injuries or serious orthopaedic injuries
- an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Law graduate to work in a well-established and highly regarded Clinical Negligence Department on a full time basis in our Bristol or Cardiff office
- we are currently recruiting for a Paralegal/Case Handler who will predominantly assist Senior Case Handlers who deal with catastrophic injury cases which could include brain injuries, spinal injuries or serious orthopaedic injuries
- attending and participating in weekly meetings

- hours of Work: 35 hours per week, 7 hours per day Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-6pm
- you will join our Paralegal salary structure where your salary will be reviewed at six monthly intervals as you gain further experience and when you are ready, there are plenty of opportunities to progress your career
- taking full responsibility for tasks delegated to you by senior case handlers to ensure the progression of their files such as liability investigations, gathering of medical evidence, liaising with the courts and counsel and taking statements amongst other tasks as necessary

- previous litigation experience or experience of managing your own caseload would be advantageous
- the successful candidate must have experience of working within clinical negligence
