- you will be not only be trusted to work by your own guidance but as part of our successful Commercial Debt Litigation team
- our Recoveries department works for most major insurers in seeking to recover their insured and uninsured losses following road traffic accidents. With the support of experienced team members and a management system, you can come and join us
- this is a great role for a Graduate who is looking to start their career, initially you will be assisting the fee earners, with a long-term view of running your own caseload
- our Commercial Debt Litigation team is no exception
- to ensure that an effective filing system is maintained

- as you will have previous debt recovery experience, you will be ready to take on your own caseload of matters including commercial and consumer debt recovery cases for a variety of clients, enforcement proceedings and insolvency action

- whilst you will be able to develop and grow your own caseload under the guidance of industry experts, it is essential that you have at least 12 months experience handling a debt recovery caseload and clear understanding of the pre-action protocol
- you will ideally have previous experience within a similar role handling a full and varied case load of recovery files. Experience of working in the insurance industry would be beneficial but is not essential
- you will be working alongside an experienced team which has recovered over £5 million for clients

- as you will have already completed a law degree/GDL/LPC or equivalent qualifications or have previous file handling experience/ worked in the insurance industry you will be ready to handle your own caseload of defendant litigated small claims, fast track and MOJ files
