- check appropriate payments have been taken for bookings
- welcome and greet guests

- exceeding guest expectations
- dealing with any guest complaints effectively
- answering guest correspondence via email, telephone and social media

- acting as an ambassador for Finn Lough, upselling and cross-selling wherever possible
- preparation of daily run sheet
- input up-to-date information regarding guests during their stay
- ensure all information provided to guests is accurate and up-to-date
- processing and reconciling guest payments
Requirements
- successful history as a front desk receptionist or related customer facing experience
- task-driven individual and ability to multitask
- strong interpersonal and administrative skills
