- computershare are currently looking to recruit a Senior Service Delivery Manager to join the Service Delivery team within Computershare Communication Services

- covering actions during colleague absence
- they will work with internal departments and the client to resolve file failures, issues and report progress
- ensuring their work can be successfully covered by colleagues during their own absence
- they therefore will need to be able to build trusted relationships with their clients through the delivery of our services

- end to end ‘once off’ job management - The role holder will work with the client to understand their requirements and create clear / concise briefs for appropriate delivery departments
- invoicing/Debt Management - The role holder will oversee ensuring all billing for their clients is completed accurately monthly
- they will then communicate between the departments and with the client to ensure required inputs and outputs are accurate and on time
- to be undertaken for onboarding new client requirements and for significant change management activity
- define, develop, and maintain the Change Management framework to coordinate and manage a seamless delivery of all system and product related change
- A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Service Delivery Manager to join the team. This role is regarded as the main point of liaison for the delivery of client work as briefed in or supporting/running projects which are allocated
- don’t worry though, we do this through working collaboratively as a team and ensuring we have fun along the way
- ongoing Management of ‘Contract’ jobs - For ongoing jobs managed as automated ‘contracts’ the role holder will need to complete required checks , work with internal departments and the client to resolve file failures, issues, and report progress
- the client will see them as an expert representative of our company that is able to demonstrate exceptional delivery of services via liaison / project management with the client and Computershare Communication Services departments
- BAU Account Governance - The role holder will aid Senior Service Delivery Managers where required to facilitate agreed governance with the client which may include attending meetings to discuss current workloads/projects and help with preparing reports on delivery performance
- you will be supporting the commercial side of the business working directly with external clients as well as working on internal projects
- for ongoing jobs managed as or like ‘contracts’ it will be your responsibility to complete required checks
- monitor compliance and ensure the processes and procedures are being adhered to ensure operating processes are defined, efficient and complied with for any execution of work
- in addition, the Service Delivery Manager will work to exceed established service standards, client satisfaction ratings and Net Promoter Score targets for their assigned group of clients
- BAU Relationship Management - The role holder will hold responsibility for the relationship of their assigned Clients in relation to the delivery of Communication based services
- you will facilitate agreed governance with the client including weekly meeting to discuss current workloads/projects and preparing reports on delivery performance and presenting these at quarterly meetings
- this role will be based in our Bristol office 2 days a week currently with flexibility offered in relation to working from home
- project Management – The role holder with be required to assist the Senior Service Delivery Manager with some larger projects, and as part of their development plan, over time will take on the running of small to medium projects within an established project management framework
- another key point will be to hold overall responsibility and management for the relationship of their assigned Clients in relation to the delivery of Communication based services
- you will demonstrate significant experience as a Service Delivery Manager or have worked within a relationship role where the similarities between the role and your skills are clearly identifiable
- we are a busy team and operate in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, so you will be readily adaptable and accepting of change and able to manage conflicting priorities

- contribute to reporting of the IT service and the performance to agreed KPIs & Service Levels
- continual monitoring of cash collection performance reports from our finance team are then required and where necessary action should be taken, in collaboration with their manager, to address debt that is aging beyond accepted thresholds
- you will either work with an assigned Project Delivery Specialist or when required manage identified activities within an established project management framework
- departmental Improvement Projects - The role holder will assist the department manager by either taking part in or owning internal improvement projects
