Responsibility
- ensuring suppliers fulfil FCA compliance
- owning and managing supplier risk profile to manage and mitigate supply chain risks, reducing the risk of financial or reputational damage
- undertaking due diligence and assurance reviews with suppliers

- leading regular governance review meetings with strategic suppliers to review supplier performance against contract, including SLA performance, cost reductions, continuous improvement opportunities and quality of service
- developing and maintaining plans to prioritise and implement continuous improvement in terms of service, cost, risk and flexibility
- make sure the escalation of any unresolved incidents has been completed according to agreed procedures
- investigate the causes of incidents, document findings and seek resolution
- instigating and developing action plans to remedy poor supplier performance and managing these plans through to successful conclusion
- regularly provide management information , which detail trends on the use and success of the DLP controls
- lead on developing bupa.com activity so that it showcases key materials developed by the Group Clinical team and clinicians across the business e.g. reports, speeches, opinion pieces, recordings of panel events and conferences
- ensure smooth implementation of service improvement projects and successful handover to operational business stakeholders
- work closely and collaboratively with colleagues in Brand, Corporate Affairs and Internal Communications locally and globally
Requirements

- experience of developing portfolio strategy and setting overall business direction; and then leading virtual teams to successful multi-channel delivery and implementation of that strategy and key initiatives

- strong commercial awareness with a demonstrable record of value-based delivery
